We have launched advisoryopinion18.com and is now live in DFW. We will be launching in Houston soon. Advisory opinion 18 is the advisory opinion from USPAP that allows appraisers to utilize Automated Valuation Models ("AVMs") in order to serve their clients. We are currently offering an AVM with raw sales data from the MLS so that clients can utilize the data to serve their own needs. More to come in the future.
